All the World Aside

I’ve completed a new prose novel, All the World Aside, a sequel to Portraits of Familiar Strangers.  The events of this new story take place twenty years after the first novel’s narrative and centers around the character of Joyce as she succumbs to a devastating illness.  The upcoming book holds a place very close to my heart.  During the writing process, my mother endured a series of health struggles.  

Over the last year or so, the world truly seemed to go away.  So much of my strength and effort was focused on my mother’s health and getting her to a stable place.  Hopefully, brighter days are ahead.  Information on the upcoming novel will be available soon.
